A hands on project manager – each project is approached with the correct mix of commercial awareness and technical knowledge. Experienced in implementing large scale (£1-10million) remediation projects and in managing large teams. In addition, technical and engineering skills are at the forefront of any project managed.
Has extensive experience dealing with investors, shareholders and company executives and in raising capital funds for projects. Also, a visiting lecturer in contaminated land remediation (practical applications of project management and delivery) at Cranfield University. Well versed with managing client expectations and delivering successful and profitable projects
